About the Practice

Laservision Eye Care Center is a comprehensive eye care facility located in Miami Lakes, Florida specializing in laser and cataract surgery. Laservision Eye Care Center was founded by two Ophthalmologists, Joseph Trentacoste MD and William Zambrano MD, who have been providing eyecare to patients in South Florida for over 30 years.

The Center also consists of board certified Optometric physicians Adalberto Acuña OD and William Zambrano Jr MBA, OD, optometric technicians, opticians and an experienced clerical staff.

At Laservision Eye Care Center we are sincerely dedicated to the care of our patients. We believe it is crucial for you to be examined by your surgeon prior to the procedure to ensure you are an excellent candidate for vision correction and to plan your postoperative care. In addition, your postoperative care is also done exclusively by your surgeon unlike many other laser centers. We believe this leads to a higher quality of care and is a critical step toward success.

At Laservision Eye Care Center, the entire family can receive comprehensive eye exams. We check for visual problems as well as general medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, brain tumors, thyroid disease, autoimmune diseases, anemia and other medical conditions that can often go undetected by the patient. We also use the most advanced laser, diagnostic and photographic equipment to ensure that our patients are receiving the best possible care. If diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, amblyopia, stabismus or retinal diseases are discovered, we will provide the patient and his/her family with all the treatment options that will help resolve the problem.
